For the ultimate luxury experience, we recommend the executive suite which is the biggest room type available. Burg’s View only has one executive suite available therefore we advise our guests to reserve this room early to avoid disappointment.
The Panoramic Room
The Panoramic Room has a breath-taking 180-degree view over the surrounding mountain & city. Enjoy the magnificent African sunsets from the comfort of your room with the unique architecture tailored for the perfect view. The room is equipped with A/C, Pay-tv, built-in-cupboards, Free Wi-Fi and an office table. In addition, the room has a private balcony with a beautiful view over the city.

Deluxe Double Rooms

Children Policy:
0 – 12 years pay N$450.00 / Night & 13 – 18 years pay 100% of the sharing rate
Deposit / Cancellation Policy:
* Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by fax or e-mail of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (72 hours) before arrival for FIT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed.
* All guests must produce a valid passport upon Check-in: For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed.
* In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.

* Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00 | Check-out: 09:00
* Any late departures or early check-ins should be arranged in advance.
* All our rooms are non-smoking. Clients may use their Balconies for smoking or smoke by the pool area.
* NO PETS ALLOWED.

Boardroom
Guests are welcome to utilize the lounge area, which also has boardroom facilities. For small business meetings, this area can host up to 10 people. Delicious snacks and beverages are available and can be pre-ordered. We recommend booking in advance.
Breakfast & Dinner
Our breakfast is served as a buffet with the option for additional orders from our kitchen based on your preferences. We offer a wide variety of dinner options. We advise our guests to place their orders at the reception in time.
We also make reservations on your behalf at some very fine restaurants in Windhoek.
Self-Catering
Burg’s view offers self-catering options for visitors seeking luxury self-catering accommodation in Windhoek. Self-catering rooms include DSTV & a flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, A microwave, fridge as well as a small working space for businessmen.
